Gérard de La Vallée Poussin
Managing Director
Gerard de la Vallee Poussin was employed by Anglo American and De Beers from 1962 to 1975, mostly in West and Central Africa. He joined Phillip Brothers group (US) with the responsibility for developing African markets in crude oil and refined oil products. He was appointed Director and General Manager of Phibro Energy Ltd (London) and later Director and CEO of Kaines (UK). From 1995 to 2003 he was advisor to De Beers Exploration for development of new opportunities in French-speaking West and Central Africa, then in 2002 he acquired shares in Bugeco SA - a Geological Consulting Company based in Belgium, and is now CEO. In 2005, Gerard and other Bugeco colleagues and shareholders created Arc Mining and Investment SA which was merged with Zambezi Gold Plc to form Swala Resources Plc.

Pierre Goossens (Dr.Sc.)
Director and Founder
Pierre has more than 45 years experience worldwide in economic geology, including exploration, ore reserve estimation, ore deposit evaluation, mine legislation and fiscal regime appraisal. He has managed BUGECO since its creation in 1981 and under his leadership BUGECO made the discovery of the Morila goldmine. During these last 20 years, he conducted 100 consulting missions in 40 different countries. He has extensive experience in the conduct of due diligence exercises on behalf of mining companies and financial institutions. He is visiting professor of Geology at the University of Liege in Belgium, and the author of several books.

Roy Corrans (Geologist)
Director of Bugeco S.A. and CEO of Bugeco's South African subsidiary, Bugeco South Africa (pty) Limited.
Roy has more than 44 years experience in base and precious metals exploration and evaluation across Africa gained with the major international mining group, Anglo American. From 1987 to end 2001 while with the former company he held the positions of General Manager Exploration / Consulting Geologist and Senior Vice President: Exploration. He is a registered Professional Natural Scientist with the South African Council for Natural Scientific Professions.

James AH Campbell (Geologist)
Director
James Campbell is the managing director of African Diamonds Plc, and a director of Bugeco. He worked for De Beers for over 20 years, culminating in being General Manager responsible for resource delivery in the global exploration and mining group. During his career with De Beers he has also led small-scale mine development as well as being involved in corporate management and being Nicky Oppenheimer's Personal Assistant. He holds a degree in Mining and Exploration Geology from the Royal School of Mines and an MBA with distinction from Durham University. James is a Fellow of the Institute of Mining, Metallurgy and, Chartered Engineer (UK), Chartered Scientist (UK) and a Professional Natural Scientist (RSA).
